Quality Guarantee
At Pupeco, we are committed to delivering high-quality products that you'll love. If you're not satisfied with the quality of an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it, and we’ll work to investigate the issue and find a suitable solution.
If our quality assurance team confirms the issue, we will be happy to send you a replacement order as quickly as possible. Our priority is to make sure you are delighted with your purchase from Pupeco.
If a replacement isn’t feasible or if you prefer not to wait, let us know when you reach out, and we can offer a refund.
Color Consistency
We collaborate closely with our printing partners to minimize color variations by using consistent printing machines, paper types, and processes. However, printing involves various factors, such as machine settings, paper types, and environmental conditions, which can cause minor variations in color. Such variations are considered normal and are not covered under our quality guarantee.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, and the issue is not related to the personalized design or content provided, Pupeco will cover the cost of a new order. This includes:
- Damage to the delivered products.
- Errors in the number or quantity of delivered products.
- Quality issues with the delivered product.
Return Policy
Since all our products are either custom-designed by Pupeco or personalized by you, we do not support returns. Each order is made specifically for you. If you wish to place a new order, you will be responsible for the cost of the new order.
Lost Orders
If a package is lost in transit, please get in touch with us within 30 days from the estimated delivery date, and we will arrange a replacement order for you at no additional cost.
Returned to Sender
If an order is returned to the sender, please place a new order within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and get in touch with us. We’ll arrange a refund of the product price for the new order, but you will still be responsible for the shipping costs.
Orders may be returned to the sender for several reasons:
- Wrong Address: If an insufficient or incorrect address is provided, the shipment will be returned and safely disposed of. You will need to place a new order with an updated address and cover the associated costs.
- Rejected by the Recipient: If the shipment is rejected upon delivery, it will be returned and safely disposed of. If a new order is needed, you will be responsible for the costs.
- Unclaimed: If an order is unclaimed, it may be available for pick-up at the local post office or carrier pick-up point. Unclaimed shipments that are returned to us will need to be reordered at the cost of shipping.
